Surprisingly good for the price. Actually, it's a bit better than a "brand name" one priced several times(!) more we got for another bathroom. The only thing's that the instructions're almost useless, but the install is pretty straightforward anyway. The power leg has a connector that simplifies the wiring (obviously if you're installing it hardwired you need to be comfortable around electrics, otherwise have someone else do the wall wiring)Overall, it’s a nice towel warmer, but I expected the towels to be much warmer. Doesn’t matter if you have it on for 2 hours or 4, the towels are the same temperature.Its a nice addition to my bathroom space. I no longer have a radiator, just an exhaust fan that also heats the small space and having a warm towel after a shower is always nice. Very happy with purchaseAs others have mentioned the instructions for this are really really bad you must take all the parts lay them out and try to figure out how to best assemble it yourself they don’t mention minor little things like the set screws are different sizes and only work on certain bars. it’s very very difficult to put together… I have put together literally dozens if not hundreds of do it yourself things and I’ve also work construction and this thing took my 3 hrs to install. With all that said, the quality seems good for the price. They just need actual step by step instructions!!!!Easy to assemble and works great!Part quality good, however no useful instructions, nor videos online except promo video. every wall bracket is a different! sat on the floor for weeks. genuinely confused. I could never gift this as I cannot even install it myself. May have to unfortunately returnAs others have mentioned in their reviews, the install instruction are terrible. Thankfully two engineers here put our heads together (okay, mostly the mechanical engineer figured it out) and got it installed without too much trouble. It works and I'm happy to report that my towels are actually drying between showers now.
