For the price it's worth it. After using this for my preemie twins for 3 months, it held up pretty nicely. Unfortunately we ended up ordering the Avent Sterilizer and Dryer for $109 because those are the bottles we use and we needed to replace this one. It's starting to make an awful sound when it's drying for the first 5 minutes then goes away, but we use it up to 10 times a day sanitizing our bottles and pacifiers. We've been advised by our pediatrician to sanitize their bottles and pacifiers due to them sharing supplies and being on formula. The CDC now recommends to sanitize all bottles filled with formula due to bacteria growth until your baby is 6 months of age. Also with the high risk of thrush we can't have them share things that go in their mouth. I say if you're using this for one formula-fed baby to sanitize maybe twice a day this will hold up a lot longer than ours did. We did put ours through the ringer for 3 months.EDIT! I am still using this after 5 months. I've fixed the noise problem!! Use Distilled water only when sanitizing and for calcium build up, run vinegar through it. It'll clear out the machine and it'll last longer. We are still using this for 4 avent bottles and our other sanitizer holds 6 so that we can run 10 bottles through at a time.Final EDIT:Our twins are now 8 months and we have officially retired this sterilizer. It still has many miles left to sterilize and we hope to give ours to someone in need, we just stopped sterilizing so much as our pediatrician has us only sterilizing items with formula in them (so just our bottles and nipples). This was the perfect sterilizer for us and we recommend for anyone with twins to purchase two sterilizers. We could not have done it without this one and our Avent one. In terms of the Avent one and this one, they ran the same amount of time to sterilize and dry. They both require distilled water and both clean up well with a vinegar cycle once a month. We would throw the rack into our dishwasher under the sanitize cycle every other week and it would clean them up and look new again. Overall this product deserves 5 stars for the price, quality, and design. I only wish it held more things in it or the rack was just a tad bit bigger so that the nipples would fit on the rack beside the bottles. We would always get creative on how to stack everything so that it would fit since we used wide-neck Avent bottles.ive loved using this. i got the medium one, theres a setting on it where it says "warm" and the warmer stays a certain temperature the whole time. So what i do before bed is i fill 2 bottles with baby water up and when my baby wakes up at 4 am they are already warm for him to drink! and you can adjust the temp to the warmth that you want it to be at! There are functions and no instructions on how to use them. On the screen, it says “time remaining” -which I guess tells you how long it takes until the water or formula comes to temp- and there is no way to actually see the time remaining. I’ve pressed every button, held every button and cannot figure out how to know how much time is remaining. So I have twins which is why I bought a double warmer. My girls are eating 5 ounces a piece. So I could either out in two bottles or one big 10 ounce bottle. It’s takes WAY MORE THAN 6 minutes to heat it up. It actually took at least 20 minutes to warm up the milk. Now I will say I love how it can maintain the temp of the water for 24 hours. But that doesn’t take away how long it takes to warm the milk. I’ve done some googling (I won’t say research lol) but formula shouldn’t stay in warm water for too long due to the growth of bacteria.I wish I would have done more researchI am so happy I bought this! Desde luego no lo haré, pero es una muy buena opción para cuando deje de tomar leche.En general, lo recomiendo, pero no lo volvería a comprar.Wir haben den Fläschchenwärmer seit mittlerweile einem Monat täglich in Betrieb und haben alle Funktionen ausser dem Aufwärmen von Babynahrung bereits ausgiebig testen können. Das Gerät macht wirklich einfach genau was es soll, es hält die gewünschte Temperatur exakt und das so lang, wie man möchte. Einhandbedienung ist kein Problem ;)Unser Baby trinkt nur, wenn die Flasche die seiner Meinung nach richtige Temperatur hat - macht aber auch gern Pausen beim Trinken, so dass die Flasche dann zu kalt werden kann .. ich stelle sie dann in den Wärmer bei 40°C und warte die 10 Minuten ab, bis weiter getrunken wird. So wird nie etwas zu kalt und es gibt kein spend m wütendes Geschrei, well die Temperatur nicht passt. Besonders praktisch ist dabei, dass man die Temperatur selbst genau einstellen kann - wenn nur abgekochtes Wasser bereit gehalten werden soll, 45°C, bei fertiger Nahrung brauchen wir ca 38-40°C, was hier kein Problem ist.Auch die Sterilisier-Funktion haben wir bereits verwendet, scheint gut zu funktionieren, Wasser wird immerhin ziemlich heiss - wie steril die Flaschen danach wirklich sind, kann ich natürlich nicht sagen, aber nach 15 Minuten in dem Dampf dürften da ja kaum noch Keime am Leben geblieben sein. Außerdem kann ich zwei Fläschchen oder Flasche und Schnuller hineingeben, und das Gerät erledigt den Rest und zeigt mir danach sogar noch an, wie heiss das Wasser darin weiterhin ist. Verbrennen kann ich mich also nur, falls ich mich besonders dumm anstelle.Wir verwenden im Übrigen verschiedene Fläschchen, Lansinoh, MAM und eine NUK Flasche. Alle passen problemlos ins Gerät und hätten sogar noch Platz übrig.Gläschen-Nahrung haben wir bisher noch nie erwärmt, die isst unser Kleines nämlich noch nicht. Gleiches gilt für das Auftauen, noch nicht verwendet, scheint aber gleich zu funktionieren, wie die restlichen Programme.
